I have owned my Kindle for about three years and have downloaded and read over 600 books. I am reading addicted (or did you guess this?). This book is a treat. As a child of the 60's and 70's, I confess that the author reflects much of my own world view. Apart from that, he is a person who loves words and is expert at finding the perfect word choice to suit his meaning and his mood. At times, I found myself immersed in the words and at other times so drawn in to the stories that I forgot I was reading. That's my idea of a great read. I will be first in line to read his forthcoming novel.
